  When my son told me that my mom was taking my son to this restaurant, I said, "why?"
  
  Every time I have come here, the food is not only scant, but expensive.
  
  Look at those fries. I call them Ethiopian fries.
  
  The waitresses or waiter are always Caucasian. With that being said...the service is slow and refills are hard to come by. However a minority busboy came by to refill our drinks.
  
  In addition, the patrons who are of the same culture, I always hear their gripes of their lives.
  
  It's the same old story at Mimi's.
  
  My mom who is 88 years, does not want to patrons this place.
  
  Au revoir Mimi.

  Let me qualify by first stating I've been coming here since the Fresno location first opened. Service was very good during that time but something happened during the last several years and the service has been declining. Food is still decent to good but the greeters are almost militant and food takes forever even when it's a slow day. So that being said little by little you're losing me to the competition. Planned a business lunch here for eight but I cancelled because I couldn't trust your service with my supervisors. Are you listening?

  My girlfriend and I just went here for breakfast today and it was horrible. I ordered the special peppercorn steak medium rare with a side of eggs and when the order came it was beyond well done. But I asked for it to be fixed they sent out the breakfast steak meal instead of the peppercorn steak and it was still overdone. They come to me for the steak but charge me for a side of eggs which didn't make sense because it comes with the breakfast steak that they mistakenly gave me anyway.
  I would give this place zero Stars if that was an option.
  I would never come back to this restaurant and I would not suggest anyone try it.

  The food. The atmosphere. The location. The service. Everything about our visit was very pleasant. It was like we were suddenly transported to a beautiful robust eatery in France. Give this place a try.. for a nice late lunch or dinner. Will be back soon xx :)
